Wayne Arnett received his B.S. cum laude from Brigham Young University and his J.D. cum laude from Arizona State University where he served as associate editor of the Arizona State Law Journal. His trial practice includes numerous jury trials, representing plaintiffs in insurance bad faith cases and punitive damages. Wayne has also been active in the development of bad faith and punitive damage law in Arizona, serving as counsel in numerous appellate cases.

Mark Arnett has limited his practice to insurance bad faith litigation. He received his BS from Brigham Young University and his law degree from Arizona State University where he graduated cum laude. Mark is a member of the Arizona State Bar, and licensed to practice law in Arizona. Additionally, Mark is a member of the Arizona Federal District Court Bar and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals Bar.
